Fluoride

With adding fluoride to your drinking water, you can prevent tooth decay. I would use fluoride in my drinking water to prevent tooth decay in my mouth. It also reduces the ability of bacteria in plaque to generate tooth weakening acids. In order for fluoride to be made in toothpaste, you have to combine fluoride with compatible abrasive. I am not really concern with any side effects of using fluoride with drinking water, as long it prevents tooth decay in my mouth, I am fine.
